HOMOGENISATION PLANT FOR FRUIT JUICES, MILK AND PUREES
Homogenisation treatment is recommended for fruit juices, baby food, milk and other beverages where long storage time could lead to separation of the liquid components. The homogenisation process reduces a substance into extremely small particles and distributes it evenly in a fluid, thus creating a uniform and consistent mixture.
To provide complete treatment, especially for juice or milk production, the homogeniser is often combined with a pasteuriser, steriliser and/or deaerator.
The PRISMATECH homogeniser is made of resilient material, with different levels of automation but, above all, is designed to allow high pressures, always ensuring safety.
